<br /> is located approximately 2 miles west of Nucla,
<br /> Colorado.
<br /> The Phase Ill bond release areas applied for are
<br /> irrigated pastures, dryland pootureo, and adjacent
<br /> supporting areas that were reclaimed from 1994
<br /> through 2002 and 2015. This areas includes
<br /> approximately 278.5 acres that are shown in detail
<br /> on Map 1 Within the application. The status of.the
<br /> reclaimed areas is consistent with the requirements .
<br /> of the•appnovmd reclamation plan which includes
<br /> achievement of Phase I and Phase II bond release,.
<br /> a minimum of 5 years since the last seeding and rill
<br /> and gully repair, and the reclamation parcels have
<br /> met the requirements of the revegetation success
<br /> •
<br /> criteria for two years. Listed below is a general,
<br /> legal description of this area:

<br /> The New Horizon Mine currently holds a self-bond in
<br /> the amount of$5,300,000, which includes the above
<br /> listed areas. With this application, the New Horizon w
<br /> Mine will be requesting relinquishment of 100% of ~
<br /> the bond held for these parcels.
