The previous SWSP approval for the Morton Lakes also used
historical consumptive use ("HCU") credit from 1/8t' of a share of the Brighton Ditch owned by
Holton Family, LLC. This replacement water will not be utilized in this SWSP, as the Holton Family
will continue to use this water for irrigation. In addition, RMCC does not have an agreement to use
any of the existing augmentation stations on the Brighton Ditch, in order to measure and deliver the
1/8 share of the Brighton Ditch to the river.
