If so, specify the <br /> grass species which will be planted and specify the seed application method. <br /> 17. The Division received comments (see attached) from the U.S. Forest Service(USFS) in <br /> regard to your proposed project. Please describe how you will ensure that adjacent USFS <br /> property is not impacted by the drilling operation. Describe all Best Management Practices <br /> which will be used to ensure that stormwater is diverted around disturbed areas and describe <br /> how you will prevent materials from the construction of the drill pad from leaving the site. <br /> Be advised that if these items have not been addressed within 60 days of the date of this letter <br /> (September 6, 2016), the Division may terminate the NOI application in accordance with Rule <br /> 5.1.3(c) of the Hard Rock Rules.
