Box 488 <br /> Walden, Colorado 80480 <br /> RE: Structure Damage Reimbursement Agreement <br /> Van Valkenburg Cattle Co.,LLC—Van Valkenburg Quarry <br /> Jackson County,Colorado <br /> Dear Mr.Norris: <br /> Van Valkenburg Cattle Co., LLC ("Van Valkenburg") is filing for a 110 Limited Impact <br /> Operation Reclamation Permit to extract construction materials from a tract of land located in <br /> part of the North Half of Section 11, Township 5 North, Range 81 West of the e Principal <br /> Meridian,Jackson County, Colorado. <br /> The Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining& Safety("Division") requires the permit <br /> Applicant to agree to reimburse the owner of any permanent man-made structure within 200 feet <br /> of the mining area for damage done to the structure as a result of the permitted operation. <br /> Jackson County Road and Bridge owns Jackson County Road 53, which intersects with the <br /> access road which is part of the proposed permitted area, as shown on the attached survey. <br /> Pursuant to the enclosed Structure Agreement("Agreement") Van Valkenburg agrees to <br /> reimburse Jackson County Road and Bridge for any damage done to Jackson County Road 53 as <br /> a result of the proposed mining operation. Your acknowledging signature and a notary seal in the <br /> spaces provided on the Agreement will satisfy the Division's reimbursement requirement. <br /> Please return this Agreement to our office in the enclosed self-addressed stamped envelope.
