If necessary for successful revegetation,the site will be <br /> fertilized, scarified, mulched and the seed covered. <br /> Weed control shall be employed for all prohibited noxious weeds and whenever invasion of a <br /> reclaimed area by other weed species seriously threatens the continued development of desired <br /> vegetation. <br /> (d) Remaining Structures: <br /> There will be no features such as ponds, streams,or buildings remaining on the permit site after <br /> reclamation.Applicant will continue to use any roads improved or constructed. <br /> (e) Other: <br /> All features of the reclamation plan have been previously addressed. <br /> (2) Reclamation Cost Estimates: <br /> Topsoil and overburden stored onsite will be pushed approximately 250' for reclamation. The <br /> site will have reached a point of maximum disturbance when rock material is depleted. <br /> Backfilling, grading,topsoil application seeking, mulching, and fertilizing may be required for <br /> reclamation. <br /> Volume and unit costs for grading, subsoil, and topsoil application is estimated at$10.00 per <br /> cubic yard. The cost per acre for seed and mulch (if required)acquisition and application is <br /> estimated at$100.00 per acre.
