EXHIBIT L- Permanent Man-Made Structures <br /> There are a few man-made structures located within 200 feet of the proposed 110 <br /> limited impact permit mining area. Weld County has County Road 16, Moran County REA has <br /> an overhead power line, Mark Arnusch has a water well, and Rich Huwa has some old Barns. <br /> The County road is located to the North of the proposed mining area. The overhead power line <br /> is located along County Road 16 also to the North. The water well owned by Mark Arnusch is <br /> also located to the North. Lastly the old barns are located to the South of the proposed mine <br /> area. Each of the associated people with the man-made structures have been notified and <br /> agreed to sign the structure agreement within the 110 limited impact operation reclamation <br /> permit. <br />
