Based on requirements in Rule 3.03.2(1), we have found the application to be
incomplete for two reasons:
• The proof of publication for the Public Notice has not been provided.
• Based on Map 3-1 in the Permit Application Package, it appears that some adjacent
landowners (e.g., Thomas Day) were not sent letters. Please send these letters (and send
copies to me) or explain why they are not necessary.
In accordance with Rule 3.03.2(1)(d), you have the opportunity to amend, review, or otherwise
make your application complete.
The Division has reviewed your draft Public Notice, and found the content to be sufficient.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
