Photo 12 shows production well pad 29-29 in June 2015. The pad is adjacent to the main well
field road so it was used to temporarily stage the batch plant for all of the plugging and
abandonment work. The close proximity of this pad to the road made easy access for the
cement and water trucks. The green well skid and lateral piping feeding and gathering from
this well are clearly visible. The main well field road and pipe extend down the far right side of
the photo.
R
s
r
Y
' x
2
w
Photo 12 — Production well pad 29-29 before the well was plugged and abandoned. This pad is just above
production well pad 29-78 which is on the far left. The lateral lines that gathered the production fluid from this
well also extended down the steep slope to well29-78 below.
As the wells were plugged and abandoned and the well skids and lateral piping removed work
crews used small equipment to avoid damaging established vegetation along the cross country
piping routes.
Solvay Chemicals, Inc.. 13
DRMS Annual Report
July 8,2016
