Photo 4 below shows production well 20-36 after it is re-contoured and drill seeded in 2015.
The tree trunks and limbs spread out on the reclaimed area were cut from the site and stock
piled when it was first constructed in 2000. Distributing them over the reclaimed area in this
way helps to prevent access by vehicles on the reclaimed areas.
In the top left of the photo against the cloudy sky the stacks from the Meeker Gas Plant are
visible. Just beneath them at the edge of the trees is the metal gate to the main well field. The
vehicle is parked on the main well field road right where the lateral road branched off
providing access to the production well pad.
7. r
ro
0
x 'G1
x }te4
Photo 4—Production well 2O-36 after re-contouring and drill seeding. Smaller sized excavation equipment was
used for re-contouring so that the maximum population of tress and mature vegetation could remain
undisturbed along the perimeter of the pad.
