2.0 PERMIT MODIFICATIONS <br /> During the current reporting period, July 13, 2015—July 12, 2016, no permit modifications or <br /> Technical Revisions were submitted by Solvay Chemicals for 112 Permit No. M-1999-002. <br /> Test Mine and Lower <br /> Pump Station Pad <br /> byres° ' r r7r`" <br /> e ; <br /> Photo 1—Areal view of Piceance Creek and lower section of Yankee Gulch. The Test Mine and Lower Pump <br /> Station Pad is identified on the left of the photo. The buildings and all ancillary structures(flare,tanks, <br /> exchanger,and piping)have been removed. The only thing remaining are the two cement foundation pads and <br /> cinder block MCC structure which will be demolished and incorporated into the reclamation re-contouring of the <br /> lower pad. This photo was taken In early June 2016. All of the main well field piping adjacent to the rood has <br /> subsequently also been removed between the lower building pad and the upper building pad. Also absent from <br /> this photo is the power line that wrapped around the bottom edge of the well field then went up to the top of <br /> the ridge through Yankee Gulch.
