PART 3: EXECUTION <br /> 3.1. Installation <br /> A. CONTRACTOR shall install pipe according to MANUFACTURER'S recommendations. <br /> B. CONTRACTOR shall take all precautions necessary to not damage the pipe during <br /> material placement. CONTRACTOR may periodically be requested by MANAGER to <br /> verify that covered pipe has not been crushed. Costs associated with proving pipes have <br /> not been crushed shall be borne by CONTRACTOR. <br /> Page 2 <br />
