COLORADO <br />Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />July 11, 2016 <br />Miranda Blomquist <br />Twenty Mile Coal Company <br />29515 Routt County Road #27 <br />Oak Creek, CO 80467 <br />RE: Foidel Creek Mine; C-1982-056 <br />May 2016 DMR Submittal Review (CO -0027154) <br />Dear Mr. Watterson: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed and found the above <br />referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(ii) and (iii). The Discharge Monitoring <br />Report (DMR) for the above CDPS permit was received by the Division on June 23, 2016 via e-mail. <br />The Division received the DMR forms and a cover letter to Eric Mink with the Colorado Water Quality <br />Control Division. <br />According to the report, during the month of May 2016 all Outfalls flowed. Outfalls 003A (Pond B), <br />005A/MON5 (Pond D) and 007/1\4ON7 (Pond F) flowed each week of the month. Outfalls 006A (Pond <br />E) and 008A (Pond G) flowed for the first three weeks of the month. Outfall 002A (Pond T) flowed for <br />only the first two weeks of the month, and outfall 004A (Pond C) only flowed the second week of the <br />month.
