The decision date for this Technical <br /> Revision is July 21, 2016. The Division has reviewed the proposed revision and has the <br /> following comments: <br /> 1. In the Inspection Report dated September 18, 2015, the Division cited a problem and <br /> required the Operator to submit a copy of a Mining Plan Map and a Reclamation Plan Map <br /> which conform to the requirements of Hard Rock Rule 6.2.1(2), 6.4.3, and 6.4.6 for inclusion <br /> into the permit file. The Operator's submittal for TR-03 only included one map, which was <br /> not labeled. Please provide the Division with revised copies of the Mining Plan Map and <br /> Reclamation Plan Map. <br /> 2. The Mining Plan Map and the Reclamation Plan Map must both include the following <br /> elements: <br /> a. Show the name of the Operator. <br /> b. Must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or <br /> other qualified person. <br /> c. Give date prepared. <br /> d. Identify and outline the area that corresponds with the 49 acre permit area. <br /> e. Shall be prepared at a scale that is appropriate to clearly show all elements that are <br /> required to be delineated by the Act and Rules. The acceptable range of map scales <br /> shall not be larger than 1 inch= 50 feet nor smaller than 1 inch=660 feet. <br /> f. Maps shall also include a map scale, north arrow, map title and appropriate legend. <br /> 3.
