Application
1. Only 3 acres will be permitted at this time.
2. This plan of operations is being request as an "Intermittent Status" as we will
operate less than 180 days per year.
3. We will take on bonding responsibility for the section of road with the claim
boundary with the DRMS. The section of road outside the claim boundary
will be bonded with the USDA. The section of road bonded within the claim
boundary but outside the limits of disturbance is approximately 650 feet.
Using an 8 foot width that is approximately 0.12 acres. Please see
disturbance map for more road details.
Reclamation Plan

a. The maximum anticipated slope will be 2HAV.
i. The average trench depth will likely be 10 feet.
ii. The maximum depth will be 20 feet.
iii. The average width will be 20 feet.
b. Please see attached Exhibit D for seed specs as provided by the USDA.

6. Please see attached updated Exhibit E containing the 4 corner locations of
the disturbance area, which is approximately 2.7 acres in area. This area
combined with the road segments is a bit less than 3 acres in area. The
coordinates of the 4 points are:
a. NE - N39° 01' 03.7" W105° 17' 12.0"
b. NW - N390 01' 03.2" W1050 17' 17.0"
c. SW- N39° 01' 00.4" W105° 17' 16.7"
d. SE - N390 01' 00.8" W1050 17' 11.7"
