EXHIBIT L - Reclamation Costs
Reclamation costs have not been calculated because Phillips County is a local government.
EXHIBIT M - Other Permits and Licenses
A zoning permit from Phillips County was obtained.
An Air Pollution permit will not be needed since we will remove less than 70,000 tons per year
from this site.
This is an open pit operation and ground water will not be exposed, so a well permit and
temporary supply pan is unnecessary.
Storm water will be maintained at the site.
A dredge fill permit(404) is not required because waters of the United States will not be
impacted.
There are no known significant historic artifacts at the site.
No permits are required from the Bureau of Land Management or US Forest Service.
No additional permits or licenses are required.
10
