EXHIBIT E—Reclamation Plan
The original site was farmground. The mining plan includes stockpiling topsoil. The stockpile
will be protected by seeding. The reclamation plan is to replace the topsoil and return the area to
farm ground. The intermittent channel will be maintained when the pit is reclaimed, providing
uninterrupted drainage through the property. No slopes will be left steeper than 3:1. The
reclamation plan is to return the site for farming. The pit will be reclaimed in phases. As the
currently active area is completed, mining will move eastward and reclamation will begin on the
original pit area. As the second area is completed, mining will move on to the third and
reclamation would begin on area two.
EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Plan Map
The reclamation map shows the following items:
a) The anticipated physical appearance of the area, correlated to the proposed mining
areas and reclamation timetables. It also includes contour lines that portray the
direction and rate of slope of all reclaimed lands.
b) The map also indicates the final land use after reclamation.
5
