Applicant will need to document that this <br /> water was obtained from a legal source or was diverted in priority under a water right decreed for such <br /> use. <br /> COMMENTS: The subject application seeks to convert M-2010-034 from a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction <br /> Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The application also seeks to increase the <br /> permitted area from 9.99 acres to 31.94 acres. <br /> The primary commodities to be mined at the site are sand, gravel, and borrow. The site is proposed to be <br /> reclaimed to its current use of rangeland upon completion of mining operations. <br /> Mining activities at the site are not anticipated to expose ground water. If water is needed for dust control <br /> purposes, it will be obtained from sources owned by the property owner.
