If you are interested in filing your Annual Fees and Reports via ePermitting,please return <br /> the signed and notarized Agreement to the Division. <br /> Once your signed Agreement has been received and processed by the Division, you will be emailed a unique identifying <br /> account number,user name,and temporary password for use in sending and receiving information regarding annual reports <br /> and fees. <br /> Once you have enrolled in the ePermitting System your account will remain active until all permits associated with your <br /> organization have been terminated. Permittees who have enrolled in the ePermitting System will receive electronic mail <br /> notices for upcoming due dates on future Annual Invoice and Report Requests instead of hard copy letters via post. User <br /> resources for the ePermitting System, such as written user manuals, will be available on the Division's web site <br /> (http://mining.state.co.us)beginning January 1,2016.
