PERMIT#: M-2008-006
INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: MAC
INSPECTION DATE:June 17,2016
between spring thaw and mid-May for cool season species. Warm season species are typically planted
between late spring and early summer. In addition, dormant fall planting can occur after mid-October. The
Operator will likely need to reseed the site, in order to establish the desired grass species. The Division
recommends a dormant fall planting in order to take advantage of early spring moisture. The Division did
observe field bindweed and musk thistle and canada thistle, all of which are on the Colorado Noxious Weed
List. Pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 3.1.10(6), methods of weed control shall be employed for all
prohibited noxious weed species. The Division conducted a file review and did not find record of an approved
weed control plan. The presence of noxious weeds has been cited as a problem and will require corrective
action. Please see the first page of this report for additional information.
This concluded the inspection.
