PERMIT#: M-2008-006 <br /> INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: MAC <br /> INSPECTION DATE:June 17,2016 <br /> between spring thaw and mid-May for cool season species. Warm season species are typically planted <br /> between late spring and early summer. In addition, dormant fall planting can occur after mid-October. The <br /> Operator will likely need to reseed the site, in order to establish the desired grass species. The Division <br /> recommends a dormant fall planting in order to take advantage of early spring moisture. The Division did <br /> observe field bindweed and musk thistle and canada thistle, all of which are on the Colorado Noxious Weed <br /> List. Pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 3.1.10(6), methods of weed control shall be employed for all <br /> prohibited noxious weed species. The Division conducted a file review and did not find record of an approved <br /> weed control plan. The presence of noxious weeds has been cited as a problem and will require corrective <br /> action. Please see the first page of this report for additional information. <br /> This concluded the inspection. <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
