Approximate 1.5 acres was stripped on the southwest side of the pond. The <br /> total area disturbed areas covers 15.76 acres ±. The following list outlines the <br /> various areas of disturbance at the mine. <br /> DESCRIPTION ACPES <br /> Topsoil piles 5,000+ cubic yards (0.49 cc.) (brown) <br /> Stripped area 6.0 cc. (orange) - new stripped area (1.5 cc.) (hatched) <br /> Plant Site 5.20 cc. (yellow) <br /> Lake area 2.76 (blue) reclaimed area <br /> Pre-law 1.08 cc (///) <br /> 16. Exposed water is covered by an augmentation plan approved by the State Water <br /> Court as amended in September 2012, Case #2009CW151. Water area shown on map <br /> is based on lake area approved. The level changes when groundwater levels change. <br /> 18. Current Bond Amount $25,500.00. The bond was recalculated in September 2012 <br /> and is based on having no more then 16 acres of above water disturbed areas. We <br /> currently have 10.0 acres of cushion to reach the permitted disturbance limit. <br />
