This was <br />unavoidable, and the area should recover well, especially if the site receives ample precipitation. <br /> <br />The road to Substation #2 (reclaimed in 2015) is mostly bare of vegetation, although there appears to be some <br />improvement since the May inspection. The substation itself has seen better success with vegetation growth as <br />there is significant emergent vegetation (including a large number of sweet clover plants). Individual Mullein and <br />thistle plants were seen at the substation. <br /> <br />On the reclaimed MW-NW area there is emergent vegetation, mostly grass and sunflowers. The road to MW-NW <br />still requires further reclamation. At the north end of the spur, recent reclamation areas are mostly bare. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />
