Attached is the Division's preliminary adequacy review associated with the activities proposed under MR -135 associated
with the Bowie No. 1 Mine.
In addition, the decision date for MR -135 was 6/26/2016. As such, a request for extension of the decision date is
required. Please submit an extension request that would allow BRL to address adequacy concerns and provide the
Division time to review those responses.
