Public Notice <br /> The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br /> Revised Statutes,hereby issues notice that on June 23, 2016, a minor revision application(MR-299)to the <br /> Foidel Creek Mine, Permit No. C-1982-056, operated by Twentymile Coal, LLC, 29515 Routt County <br /> Road No. 27, Oak Creek, CO 80467 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Twentymile <br /> Coal, LLC. is requesting approval of a minor revision for the installation of a second pipeline within the <br /> existing I ORT pipeline corridor. The new pipeline will consist of approximately 6,590 feet of buried 10- <br /> inch HDPE pipe at a depth of 5 feet to 6 feet below the existing grade. No new disturbance is proposed <br /> with this revision as the new pipeline is proposed to be within the original IORT pipeline corridor. A new <br /> 8-foot diameter CMP access riser will be installed for necessary valves. The Division will evaluate the if <br /> a surety increase is necessary for the proposed revision. The applicant is not proposing additional surface <br /> disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as <br /> provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br /> Posted June 23, 2016 <br /> C-MR-03 <br />
