The photos were taken by Harry Ranney and the report was written by Tabetha <br />Lynch, both with the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. This was also the case during an on the <br />ground inspection conducted June 9th. <br /> <br />Waste water treatment facility is not holding water
