Victory Way, Craig, CO, 81625, phone number (970) 824-5517, has filed an application for a Regular (112) Con- striction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Recla- matlon Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The propdsed mine Is known as the Refuge Pk No. 1 (Conversion No. 1), and Is located at or now Section 10, Township 10 North, Range 103 West, of the 6th Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is Oc- tober 1, 2013, and the proposed date of completion is October 1, 2033. The pro- posed future Lisa of the land is Rangeland.
