<br />Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Recta-
<br />mation Board under the provisions of the
<br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for
<br />am- the Extraction of Construction Materials.
<br />lag- The proposed mine is known as the Refuge
<br />In- Pit No. 1 (Conversion No. 1), and is located
<br />658 at or near Section 10, Township 10 North,
<br />Range 103 West, of the 6th Prime Meridian.
<br />The proposed date of commencement is Oc-
<br />tober 1, 2013, and the proposed date of
<br />completion is October 1, 2033. The pro-
<br />posed future use of the land Is Rangeland.
