Once
 again
 Aggregate
 Industries
 has
 failed
 to
 keep
 water
 out
 of
 their
 gravel
 pits
causing
 it
 to
 fill
 and
 drain
 through
 my
 property
 on
 it’s
 way
 back
 to
 the
 Poudre
 River.
My
 ponds
 have
 turned
 into
 a
 stream
 and
 my
 land
 has
 turned
 into
 a
 swamp.

This
 has
 been
 an
 economic
 burden
 on
 me.
 Nearly
 all
 15
 acres
 of
 my
 land
 is
underwater,
 uninhabitable
 for
 any
 livestock.
 My
 land
 bridge
 has
 once
 again
 been
completely
 washed
 out
 and
 will
 need
 repaired
 with
 material
 and
 equipment.
 Lastly,
we’re
 unable
 to
 properly
 access
 the
 land
 to
 make
 preparations
 for
 the
 summer
camps
 we
 are
 scheduled
 to
 host
 in
 July
 and
 August.

I
 am
 seeking
 a
 permanent
 fix
 by
 Aggregate
 Industries
 to
 prevent
 unwanted
 water
overflow
 from
 their
 land
 to
 my
 land.
