The following items are incomplete with the application: <br /> <br />1. Application fee of $144.00 for a construction materials operation. See instructions enclosed. <br />2. Demonstration of Legal Right to Enter for City of Sterling. See instructions enclosed. <br />3. Structures Agreements for City of Sterling. See instructions enclosed. <br />a. The Division will require the prospective successor to comply with Rule 6.3.12 for the ditch, <br />located north of the site, and the overhead utility line along the southern and eastern boundaries. <br />b. Additionally, the Operator shall determine the status of the levee located along the eastern boundary <br />and comply with Rule 6.3.12, if necessary. The Division recommends they contact the local flood <br />plain administrator to determine if it is an active flood control structure and if someone <br />owns/maintains this possible structure. <br /> <br />Please return required documents to the Division before August12, 2016 to complete the application. All completed <br />permit documents are required to be submitted for consideration of your Request for Transfer of Mineral Permit and <br />Succession of Operators Application.
