All <br />documentation demonstrating compliance must be received by the Division no later than August 12, 2016 . <br /> <br />Upon further inspection into the permit an insufficient storm water control plan was found in Exhibit G of the <br />permit application. Therefore, a technical revision to Exhibit G shall be submitted. The operator shall submit <br />a Technical Revision, with the required $216 revision fee, addressing the storm water management plan. The <br />operator must provide a copy of their storm water management plan as required by the Water Quality Control <br />Division (WQCD) of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). If no such plan <br />exists, the operator shall provide proof of correspondence with WQCD. The operator must also submit a map <br />indicating location of the features on site. The Technical Revision must be received within 60 days of this <br />letter. The Technical Revision and all documentation of the storm water management plan must be <br />submitted for review to the Division no later than Friday August 12, 2016. <br /> <br />Please note that all corrective actions and or changes requiring a Technical Revision can be done under one <br />request for a Technical Revision.
