The revision was submitted by Western Fuels-Colorado, LLC. <br /> All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date <br /> of filing. <br /> TR-14 is proposing a new dryland pasture reference area at the old Peabody Sage Reference Area <br /> from the current airport reference area site,update interim vegetation monitoring schedule and seed <br /> mixtures.
