be $300,00 for each occurrence and $500,000 aggregate; and minimum insurance coverage for propeily damage <br />shall be $300,000 for each occurrence and $500,00 aggregate. <br />(2) The policy shall be maintained in full force during the life of the permit and any renewal thereof, <br />including completion of all reclamation operations under rule 4. <br />(3) The policy shall include a rider requiring that the insurer notify the Division whenever substantive <br />changes are made in the policy, including any termination or failure to renew. <br />(4) The Division may accept from the applicant, in lieu of a certificate for public liability insurance <br />policy, satisfactory evidence from the applicant that it has satisfied applicable State or Federal self-insurance <br />requirements. <br />RESPONSE <br />The certificate proving that TCC has a public liability insurance policy, in accordance with the requirements <br />of this Rule, in force during the life of the mining and reclamation operations set forth in Exhibit 3, <br />Certificate of Insurance. The rider required by this Rule has been obtained. <br />Rule 2.03.10 - Identification of Other Licenses and Permits <br />Each application shall contain a list of all other licenses and permits needed b t�pplicant to conduct the <br />proposed surface or underground mining activities.
