All impoundment <br />inspections were conducted by a qualified impoundment inspector. Inspections took place on; May 5, 25 <br />and 31 and June 1,2,7,8 and 9 of 2016. <br />Maintenance items noted during the inspections were as follows: <br />1. No Name #4's secondary trash deflector is damaged. <br />2. Spillway on Oak #1 needs debris removed. <br />3. Middle Flume #1 needs to be cleaned. <br />Data related to pond capacity is attached. The last column on the table provides an estimate of the <br />remaining capacity in each pond where remaining capacity is defined as the volume remaining after <br />considering the estimated amount of sediment noted during the inspections. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />P.O.
