(PR1) Review Memo <br />I have conducted a review of New Horizon North Mine PRI for compliance with the following rules: <br />2.04.5, 2.04.6(1) and (2), 2.04.7(1) and (3), 2.05.4(2)(f) and (g), 2.05.6 (1), 2.05.6 (3)(a -b) pertaining to <br />groundwater and alluvium, 4.05.11(1)-(2), 4.05.12(1)-(3), 4.05.14 -16, 4.07, 4.11, and 4.14.3. The <br />following is my review of the revision in regards to these Rules. PRI has minimal changes relevant to <br />groundwater. No major adequacy items have been identified. Review question(s) are bulleted. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions. <br />Rule: 2.04.7— HydroloQy Description <br />This is a review of the groundwater related sections of the Hydrology Description which include <br />groundwater information, alternative water supply information, and map preparation. <br />Rule 2.04.7(4)(a -g) refers to the map requirements: Nothing was found to be missing. <br />Table 2.04.7-4 has not been updated with this review. Please ensure this is an up to date <br />list of wells. These wells are also discussed in Section 2.05.6(3) pg 14. <br />Rule: 2.05.6 — Miti ate ion of the Impacts o Mining Aerations <br />This section was reviewed for protection of the hydrological balance in reference to groundwater <br />and spoil springs.
