An application form for"Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession of Operators" <br /> thereby transferring the balance of permit M-1977-081 (76.65 acres) from the City to <br /> Cottonwood; <br /> 2. The Application Fee of$144.00, paid by check number 5105; <br /> 3. A completed Performance Warranty; <br /> 4. Financial Warranty in the form of a Cash Escrow Agreement and, <br /> 5. Documents demonstrating Cottonwood's ownership of the subject property. <br /> Finally, once reclamation of Tract"D"is acceptable to the Division, Cottonwood will call <br /> for an inspection and release of that portion of permit M-1977-081 by the Division. <br /> Concurrently, Cottonwood intends to sell the unmined balance of the permit area(Tract"A") and <br /> transfer the DRMS permit covering Tract"A" to the new owner. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Michael J.
