The application was deemed complete on June <br /> 10, 2016. <br /> Mountain Coal Company(MCC)is requesting Phase I Bond Release for two exploratory drill holes, <br /> two monitoring wells, and nineteen mine ventilation borehole sites and associated road segments <br /> that have been reclaimed within the Dry Fork of the Minnesota Creek area. These sites comprise <br /> approximately 9.97 acres of National Forest System land in Gunnison County, Colorado. <br /> Reclamation was completed in 2015. <br /> Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision JR) application materials are <br /> available for review at the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Suite C, <br /> Gunnison, CO 81230 and at the Division's Denver office.
