Clods were broke <br />up prior to grinding and sieving of samples. Large coarse <br />fragments were removed. Sample material was sieved. <br />Remaining rock coarse fragments left on the 10 mesh (2 <br />mm) sieved were removed. Remaining soil clods left on the <br />10 mesh screen were ground until the sample just passed <br />the screen.
