4.08.5 Records of Blasting for Surface Coal Mining Operations
WFC will retain all blasting records, including seismograph records for three the last three years
in accordance with Rule 4.08.5. All blasting records will be available for review by the Division
or the general public upon request.
4.08.6 Seismographic Measurements
Seismograph will be used to measure the peak particle velocity and air blast from each blast.
Seismograph records will be retained in accordance with Section 4.08.5.
