Technical Revision 98 - TR -98 incorporated changes to TR -97 incorporated changes to <br />the West Taylor Fill temporary out of pit spoil pile design. The <br />revision was received on December 17, 2012, deemed complete on <br />December 27, 2012 and approved on March 12, 2013. <br />Technical Revision 99 - TR -99 incorporated updated configuration of the temporary East <br />Taylor Fill and included the associated geotechnical assessment. The <br />revision was received on July 9, 2013, deemed complete on July 18, <br />2013 and approved on October 30, 2013. <br />Technical Revision 100 - TR -100 incorporated revisions to the mine plan to include <br />highwall mining in the West and South Taylor Pits. The revision was <br />received on August 14, 2013, deemed complete on August 19, 2013 <br />and approved on October 15, 2013. <br />Technical Revision 101 - TR -101 incorporated changes to the South Taylor haul road <br />alignment and spoil grading plan. The revision was received on <br />March 25, 2014, deemed complete on March 31, 2014 and approved <br />on May 9, 2014. <br />Technical Revision 102 - TR -102 incorporated changes to the design for the lower <br />portion of the West Pit Coal Road Ditch. The revision was received <br />on March 25, 2014, deemed complete on April 2, 2014 and approved <br />on July 15, 2014. <br />Technical Revision 103 - TR -103 incorporated plans for additional highwall mining in <br />the South Taylor Pit. The revision was received on March 27, 2014, <br />deemed complete on April 3, 2014 and approved on August 22, <br />2014. <br />Technical Revision 104 - TR -104 incorporated the addition of an impoundment to <br />improve long-term stability in the channel of the East Taylor Ditch. <br />The revision was received on September 25, 2014, deemed complete <br />on September 29, 2014 and approved on March 31, 2015. <br />Technical Revision 105 - TR -105 incorporated revised the post -mining topography and <br />associated post -mining drainage channels in the East Pit, West Pit <br />and South Taylor Pit. The revision was received on April 8, 2015, <br />deemed complete on April 20, 2015 and approved on September 22, <br />2015. <br />Technical Revision 106 - TR -106 incorporated realignment changes to the Collom Haul <br />Road.
