The City of Golden, in our original inspection response, made <br /> commitments to resolve two problems identified during the inspection. Documentation that these <br /> commitments have been met is provided below, by topic. <br /> Inspection Topic: Reclamation Success <br /> Problem/Possible Violation: Problem:Trash and refuse was noticed on site. <br /> Response: Golden removed trash and refuse, specifically asphalt and concrete debris and rebar used to <br /> anchor sed fence, in mid-May.Approximately, 10 yards of trash and refuse were removed from the site <br /> and taken for disposal. A copy of the work order which includes manpower and equipment used to <br /> complete this removal is attached to this report. In addition, the photos below show the east <br /> Inspection Topic: Sediment Control <br /> Problem/Possible Violation: Problem: Erosion gullies and ruts were observed on site. <br /> Response: Golden has repaired the gullies and ruts adjacent to an access road on the north side of the <br /> east reclamation area.
