Box 1331, Craig, CO 81626; (970)-24-4014, filed an application to convert M-1990-140, Martin Pit 1-A, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 13, Township 6N, Range 91W, 6th Principle Meridian, in Moffat County. The application decision is scheduled for September 5,2016.
