Box 548 <br /> Fort Collins,CO 80522 <br /> RE: Colorado Alabaster Supply; DRMS File No. M-1989-077;Notice of Outstanding <br /> Corrective Actions <br /> Dear Mr. Jones, <br /> The above-mentioned site has had one or more problems noted that, according to Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining and Safety(Division)records have not yet been resolved. According to our records, <br /> the following problem was to be resolved on or before April 9,2016. Listed below are descriptions and <br /> corrective actions for the problem. Please resolve the corrective actions and provide evidence of such <br /> resolution on or before October 31, 2016. <br /> Please note that if the corrective action(s) are not properly addressed,and evidence provided to the <br /> Division by the date provided above, the listed problems could be escalated to the level of possible <br /> violations and would then be referred to the Mined Land Reclamation Board for further action. <br /> Problem Description: <br /> • The topsoil stockpiles are not stabilized as required by Rule 3.1.9(1) <br /> Corrective Action: <br /> • The operator shall seed the stockpiles with the seed mix that was submitted as part of the approved <br /> Reclamation Plan. The Operator shall demonstrate compliance by submitting seed tags, a bill of sale <br /> or photographs of seeding activities by the corrective action date. <br /> If the problem has already been remedied,please provide evidence of its completion.
