The financial warranty calculation <br /> (copy enclosed) was based on a file review and observations made during the inspection conducted <br /> on January 21, 2016. <br /> The Division ordered increase of the current Financial Warranty is due within 60 days (August 5, <br /> 2016) from the date of this letter.
