1. Soundings and As-Built Profile <br /> a. The Contractor shall maintain a record of soundings taken during construction including the <br /> depth of the trench,key,and backfill slope obtained each morning and evening.The soundings <br /> shall be used to generate an as-built profile of the trench,as constructed.The Contractor shall <br /> submit said profile at the completion of construction. <br /> 2. Fresh Bentonite Slurry Mix <br /> a. A record of plant-mixed bentonite slurry quantities,proportions,and admixtures made during <br /> construction.Adjustments to the slurry mixture shall be noted. <br /> 3. Slurry-Bentonite(SB)Backfill Mix <br /> a. A record of SB backfill material quantities and mix a ' nts made during construction. <br /> 1.5 JOB SITE CONDITIONS <br /> A. The Contractor shall comply with all safety requir nts a ocedures. <br /> B. The Contractor shall perform all work with qualified p nel under the continuous supervision of the <br /> slurry trench specialist. <br /> C.
