Wells and I currently serve as Co-Trustees of the Amended and Restated Trust
Agreement of the Harold C. Ingersoll Revocable Trust dated August 11, 2008 (the "Trust"). The
Trust holds title to an approximately 300-acre ranch located adjacent to the site proposed for the
new quarry.
On April 18, 2016, we filed an objection to the above-referenced Application. In that
letter we requested that access to the proposed new quarry site be coordinated so we could
complete a study of the site. We have not received a response to that request and hereby renew
the request. We would like to bring a group to view and study the land which constitutes the
proposed mining site on June 14, 2016, if possible. Are you able to coordinate that access for
us?
Sincerel ,
_ i' j
Steven K. Mulliken
SKM:ajm
cc: Samuel K.
