This comment is somewhat confusing in that it states that "any area which is affected by the prospecting <br /> operations, whether disturbed or not is part of the affected acreage.", and then goes on to say"The <br /> exception would be existing roads. . . . ". While the statement is somewhat confusing,this appears to <br /> confirm that the roads are indeed not part of the affected acreage. Recall that the actual estimated <br /> disturbance is estimated to be in the area of 3,3000 square feet, but the application provides for <br /> bonding of one acre. Thus, bonding one full acre of disturbance provides quite a bit of buffer(greater <br /> than a factor of 10) in the event the actual disturbance exceeds the estimate. <br /> 16 The Signature Requirement section (page 9) of both Form 1 and Form 2 needs to be <br /> revised.
