A technical <br />revision is generally to be provisionally decided within 60 days. C.R.S. <br />§34-33-116(5). Here, all public comment has been stymied for more <br />than four years while waste dumping continues because GCC never <br />filed a complete application. No end to these delays is in sight. We <br />request that this matter be set at the July Board meeting. <br />4) Require that GCC not begin using any dumping site at King I pursuant <br />to permit revision until it also properly obtains a La Plata County land <br />use permit for this disposal site.
