Included are updated maps 50 and 51, Exhibit 2 and
text pages 2.05-15 through 2.05-29 and page 2.05-77. Updates include showing the E
seam longwall panels mined to date on the E seam map, adding current lease and permit
boundaries to the F seam map, updating the text to reflect the current status of MCC's
operations (rather than those planned or proposed), including current estimates of
production and employment levels. If needed to do so, with this application, MCC proposes
to eliminate Exhibit 38 from the permit document, as T&E species listings are routinely
revised, causing the exhibit to be outdated. Instead, case by case evaluations with current
lists will be will be provided with revision applications, if applicable.
Please contact me at (970) 929-2238 or by e-mail should you have questions regarding
this submittal.
Sincerely,
Kath een G.
