PERMIT # M-77-D2O <br /> OCTOBER 1999 <br /> Exhibit G WATER INFORMATION. <br /> At this time we have valid adjudicated well permits on the <br /> two lake to be created in the existing permit. Well Permit # <br /> 039428-F issued on 1-31-92, covers the west area owned by Delta <br /> Sand and Gravel CO. and Well Permit #50203-F issued on 11-24-97 <br /> covers the Black property. We have advised Ms. Loughrey that she <br /> will need a well permit for her lake and will be working with her <br /> to prepare the necessary documents. The attached calculations <br /> sheet is for the Loughrey property. There are no ditches or <br /> water structures on the area being added. <br /> There is only 1 well listed in the State Engineers records <br /> within 200 feet of the site it is owned by a James W. Moran, <br /> Permit * 188496 in the SASE1/4, Section 7 or approximately next to <br /> the Manning House, 160 feet ± from the permit boundary. This is <br /> an irrigation well for the grounds on their property. Two gravel <br /> pit well permits are listed, one for the Delta Sand and Gravel <br /> Co. lake and one for the Black Lake. <br /> Domestic water for the houses on the east side of the <br /> amended area are supplied by Tri County water district from a <br /> line running west from 1675 Road to the Loughrey house. <br /> 8 <br />
