The corrective action requires the reestablishment of <br /> approved secondary containment capacity for the cyanidation leach tanks by May 20, 2016. <br /> CC&V requests an extension to the above referenced corrective action deadline and proposes a new <br /> deadline of May 31, 2016. As discussed with you during your inspection of May 12,the tanks have <br /> been retrofitted with revised inlet and outlet plumbing which should render future overtopping very <br /> unlikely. CC&V estimates the cleanout progress at roughly 85%. The infrastructure within the <br /> containment requires care be undertaken to remove this material.
