At this time it was discovered in Weld County Recorded Exemption 0957-30-2-RE 134, <br /> Book 714, dated April 4, 1974,that"no structure of a permanent nature shall be constructed within 50 <br /> feet of the centerline of county road. This 20 feet being reserved for future ROW".
